HOLGER WERNER, Managing Director
After training and a long stint working in auditing at home and abroad for one of the Big 4 auditing companies, the graduate economist Holger Werner, as CFO, attended to the international expansion and IPO of a music software company. Since then, he has kept himself busy by founding companies and carrying out mergers, restructuring projects and strategic realignments, and he was jointly responsible for the merger of two major German banks.  In addition, he built a global shared service company for the world's largest insurance company and digitised the corporate banking of a leading private bank in Germany, for which he also founded a venture capital company and a digital consultancy for medium-sized companies.

•  Planning and implementing user research
• Translating insights and knowledge gained into the creative process
• Independently taking on conceptual work packages as part of interdisciplinary teams
